I have a question about earning money on mylot

Actually, I have two or three. I am still new to mylot although I would no longer consider myself a newbie. Regarding earnings. Do we get paid when we click on the advertisements? Many of them are interesting. And I have clicked on. Does that count towards our earnings? When we upload a photo to any of our interests such as a picture of Denver to travel, do we get paid just for uploading the photo. or does a mylotter have to click on the photo for us to earn? I am aware that we do not get paid for beginning a discussion unless at least one person responds. We then get paid for our comments to the response(s). But, are we also paid for the discussion itself if at least one persons responds?
