Have you tried the The Sims games? I already played all The Sims games in PSP like The Sims 2, The Sims 2: Pets and The Sims 2: Castaway. I also tried playing the regular PC game version. However I checked their sites and there are a lot of version of this The Sims games. I want to play those games however I can't seem to find those games. In Facebook, The Sims game is also being released. Some of my friends already sent me gifts and requests however when I open the page, it says it is still being tested or on trial it version so I can't play it. I'm just wondering why some can play while others can't.

I do play the SIMS and currently playing SIMS 3. I'm not too familiar with the SIMS game in FB. Maybe it's still new and there are some bugs in it? Sims do have quite a lot of versions or should I call, expansion packs. It's quite pricey if you are to buy them but the game's fun as long as your machine can handle the heavy video card requirements :P

Hi kei! The Sims in Facebook is just new. I haven't tried playing it too. But I see some of my friends sending me gift requests. When I accepted the gifts, it is giving me an error that it is still coming soon. The game is really fun and addictive.

Maybe your PC isn't compatible to play the game. I use to play the Sims on my ps2. It was pretty addictive at first, trying to make the best family. After a while, it got kinda boring and predictable so I spiced it up by removing certain things like the fridge, toilet and doors to see what happens!

I've tried it with my PC and it's pretty addictive. But that was before. After I became so addicted to Friendster (LOL), I decided to lie low on The Sims game.

I initially played The Sims way back in high school. I stopped playing this already. Then I found the game in my boyfriend's laptop and I became so addicted to it. I even played the game in PSP version. Yes it is pretty addictive game.

That's cute chiwasaki! I have't played it on PSP, because I don't own any. Anyways, the game's pretty addictive and I'm happy that my brother deleted it. I might not be able to control myself again.

I just recently tried it in Facebook. There are goals that you need to meet. And also you need to watch out your needs just like the PC version of the game.

The main problem with these games are they are so damn big! If you only have a 40GB hard disk, then the full Sims2 will take half of it! The torrent is over 13 GB in size! I guess that is also the main problem with online versions.

Hi Peter! That is also my problem that is why I can't download the new The Sims PC game. The size is very big. I tried the PSP game version since its is quite small. I really want to play the expansion pack however the size is very big. I need to delete a lot of files in my PC before I do that.

I bought Sim when it first came out. Didn't know how to play. Then when Sims 2 came out, I bought it again, still don't know how to play.....many years down the road...found mylot.com....Ah...I roughly know how to play...and here I am, I guess. Sims is a history to me.

I initially played this game way back in high school. I stopped playing this game because I'm quite busy in my studies in college and my work. I just recently got enticed playing this game again. Because of the new Facebook version of this game.

I just played The Sims 2: Castaway, only in portable plays station. I'm more interested in building and designing houses than actually playing the Sims. The PSP version is like an RPG version. It is a very cool game. If I can't finish the game, I usually look at the gamefaqs for further help.

The Sims is my favorite game. I played it in the past. I felt addicted to this game. I tried to play it for a whole night. When I played the Sims, it seemed that the time went by so fast. It is very interesting that we can do anything we won't do in the reality. Such as I had many children in the Sims game and it made me so glad. I love China

When the sims was first released for the pc I went out and bought it. I then came to realize my computer was to old for the game so I went out and bought a new computer. Then I was so addicted to the game I spend all my pregnancy on it. Then when I finally grew out of it I tried to do other stuff with my computer but did not have memory so I had to erase it out of my computer. I do not have time now that I have three kids and I get addicted. I do have it for my iPad and I already beat the castaway game for psp and the regular sims 3 for the ds.

Wow it seems like you really played the game well. I just finished 3 games in PSP but I haven't finished that games in PC. Yes it requires a lot of memory so I need to delete files first before I can fully install the games. I like the expansion pack as well.

For me yes it is maybe because it can add bad effect on the child and to the one who would do it.

I'm not sure if I get it correctly. You might be referring to the bad effect of the game. Probably yes if I a person is too addicted specially to those children who chose to play games rather than to study.

Years and years ago, that was a game that I played all of the time. And by all of the time, I do in fact mean all of the time. At least the original version, maybe Sims 2 a little bit, that is before real life interjected and thus addictive computer games are rather not something that were high on the list of priorities. Still when they were high on my list of skewed priorities, the Sims were a game that I enjoyed very, very much. As for the Facebook version, I don't really know. I'm guessing that there is just some glitch that might need to be worked out or something that is really not working. That is allowing some to play for some reason why others than not. I would not know, I tend to avoid Facebook like some dark and disgusting plague in this day and age. Still it is a rather curious thing but I'm guessing that its either some mistake or a problem on your end or any number of things.

I actually tried to reopen the game again in Facebook and it works. I can now play The Sims in Facebook right now. Pretty much the same but the PC version and the PSP version is better.

Hi marichris! My flash is updated but the error that I'm receiving is "The Sims is coming soon". It is still in beta, not sure of every one will be able to play this as of this moment. I'm looking forward to try this game. I'm really excited.

hi:) Like you I'm playing sims too, it's just nice to create your own characters and make them live on how you want them to, but my favorite there is when I'm going to build a house for them and complete it with all the stuff that they needed. about playing it in facebook, I haven't tried it yet, but It's nice to know that they already have, but I'll check it later, I hope it works on mine.

Wow that is also my favorite part in The Sims game. I love the game itself but I'm really interested in building houses or designing the interior and exterior. I wish I took up interior designing in college.

I had try to play sims to and definitely enjoyed it. There are goals that needs to accomplish in a particular time. However when cityville came, I didn't play sims anymore.

You can try the Sims in Facebook since you are playing City Ville as well. It was just recently released and I was able to try it about an hour ago. It is pretty much the same with the PC version. However my laptop is always freezing when I play it.

I used to play The Sims a lot a few years back. But then I just gradually stopped playing after my work load got too heavy. Sometimes, I wish we could just sit back, relax, and play a game or two and not have to worry about the difficulties we might have to face the next day. There are a lot of versions of Sims. They have a few main ones, and then they have a bunch of expansion packs, like pets, night life, etc. It's crazy! Some people are really addicted and committed to the game!

I also stopped playing this game after when I was working. My 2 days off are mainly for sleeping since I lack sleep during my working days. I'm really excited now to add expansion pack on the games.

I spent a lot of hours playing Sims on the pc when I was in high school and college. Indeed it's really addicting that I even skipped some classes (or a whole day even) just to play. We've had a cd with all the Sims and Themes games so we practically went through all of it (including Theme Hospital, Theme Park, Sim City...) :)

Hello Chiwasaki, Wow! and Double wow! it's really nice to see some one else has taken time to talked about playing the Sims game. I was an addicted player for this game most specially during the times where the game was installed in my Computer. But i had only reached the open for business Expansion and never on the other expansions because my computer couldn't take it anymore. You know the best thing that I have ever done in the sims 2 was "making costumes" i was so addicted to it that i made an amateur movie of my own. i even made a mylot movie out of the sims 2. sadly my PC has crashed permanently and i needed a new Motherboard. Though, this is not my best, but this is the last video of my username that has ever been uploaded in my youtube. hoping i can play the game again and use my secret costume. have a nice day. not a referral link. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jwwKfNAm4Cw

Hi Letran Knight, I'm quite addicted to PC and PSP games nowadays. I played the Sims PC game way back in high school but I want to play it again and add the expansion pack. I haven't tried the costume part of the Sims but that is quite interesting. I want to try that too.

Hi chiwasaki, I bought the Sims 2 a few years back, I don't know what happened but I lost the disc, I was so upset!! Later, Sims 3 came out and I got so excited, I felt as if I have made up for my loss. I love this version because it is so interactive. I think I have picked up tons of minerals, was wondering when can I be a full-fledged scientist. I played the Sims 2: Castaway on my DS too and have almost completed it. I think Sims is a brilliant game! I have also added the application on facebook. It works now if it didn't work before. I didn't have much time so I have only started and am not sure about how the game works, but I think it should be the same idea. I can't wait to progress along...Thanks for starting this topic...

I don't really remember much or how the game goes but I do remember borrowing CDs from my friend and installing it to my PC and stuffs! Anyway if I play the game again I guess I could recall how it went haha it's been so long!!

It's been a while since I played The Sims PC version. I also remembered playing it on GameBoy Advance. I have to admit that I got hooked playing The Sims way back in Highschool. It is addictive and will take up time since you have to respond to the needs of the Sim, If you didn't respond to the needs then the Sim might end up sad and depressed. I am glad that Sims is also on FB now. I can add my friends and visit thier Sim too. It is still on its Beta release so I expect better features and faster loading since it takes time when starting the game.
