Should AG Holder known about Fast and Furious? Here is an operation in which guns were sold to people who are at war with the Mexican Government. We are supplying guns to help fight a friendly government and the top man is left out of the loop? When you are asking member of another government agency to break the law the top man should know. and he should tell the department head of their agency. Finally when you find a fellow officer shot and one of your guns was found at the murder site shouldn't the top man know? He claims he did not know about the operation until several months after the murder of the Border Patrol Agent. The man claims that he knew nothing of this operation yet he had time to review the case in a lower court and dropped charges of voter intimation after a judge had found the men guilty. the men were members of the New Black Panther party. he can involve himself in such a minor case yet does not know that his department is providing guns to a group that is killing Mexican Citizens and American citizens. I think the man has some questions to answer for and the three supervisors should also be investigated and their promotions put on hold to see if any criminal charges should be filed.

I think it should be treated as a criminal case, and those who perpetrated it should be going to prison.. from the top down.
