Theo Walcott claimed that he is OK if he were given greater responsibility this season by his Manager, Arsene Wenger.
Walcott aware, at the age of 22, he has become one of the oldest players in the squad Arsene Wenger. Oh My God..
"I was the oldest player at the table at dinner in Newcastle with the age of 22 years," said Walcott told Arsenal.com.
"That was pretty funny but I'll do anything I can do to help young players develop. I have been at Arsenal in a long time so I know everything and if I can help someone, I'll do it gladly. "
"This team has always been known for his young players but we can not use that excuse anymore. We have to win something and that's the most important."
"It's important to have a combination of experienced players with young players but the coach knows what he is doing. He has some amazing players that he recruits, and we do not know where they came from. Only time will tell what the coaches will do."
Wow...in another team, 22 years is classified a youngster..But in Arsenal, 22 years like Wallcot is a senior player....Wow...

it seems wallcott will be the second captain after wenger chosen van persie to be the first captain in this season, .
actually arsenal still has some oldy players like arshavin, van persie, rosicky. But they all are under 30 years old.

It is a consequence that occurs in this Team ...
That is usual in Arsenal since Patrick Vierra and Thierry Henry had gone, no longer the Senior Players which had age more than 28 years.
You can just imagine the captain's Cesc Fabregas, only 24-year-old
Kolo Toure just been released ..
Maybe it's time for Arsenal to buy one or two "senior and older"players to provide experience and a winning mentality which is not given by many young players of Arsenal

Yes, but this is really the situation with Arsenal. They have so many good young players. Unfortunately they need some seniors who can help these players settle, but that is not happening for them. So I think this will be another season they will continue to play well for the eye, but not win anything. Today, they lost to Liverpool 0-2!!

Somehow I do not think Arsenal will fire Wenger. But the point here is that his style of management is all about grooming. But when you go around 6 years without any title, people do get frustrated and tough questions are asked. Given the mass exodus of players this season, I think they might need to go another season without any title!!

yeah, arsenal lost 2-0 from liverpool in their home..
it make many arsenal fans become frustrated i think
many people who are dissapointed with wenger policy in this season, maybe need arsenal management to sack wenger..
but some of us think we can`t blame wenger...he is not guilty

It is the policy which Wenger has chosen, but there are a few older players in the squad also, like van Persie,Arshavin, Chamakh, Gervinho, Bendtner or even Nasri, I think. I don't really follow what is happening there, but if this is the case, this is how they can solve their problems. Remember the baby Ajax of Louis van Gaal which has won the Champions League in the middle 90's? Maybe Arsenal can be a similar team as well.

I cannot say too much about that Ajax, as I was too little in that time, but I watched some highlights on Eurosport and I was impressed. And I am not so aware of how Arsenal is currently playing, as I don't follow the Premier League too closely.
