What do you do when your emotional?

I can say maybe because of things in head now, I am emotional :)
I have things in my head that makes me just stare and space out.
There is this thing I can't accept that is happening, because I still believe what I think is just an aggressive feeling, it will fade.
And let us add to the cause of my being emotional is my PMS.
This is what I did,
I don't usually wear make up on working days, I wear some but only earth colors.
Yesterday, I think I wanted to cover what I am thinking, I took my Mom's Bloody Red Lipstick and wore it. It's a matte lipstick so i have to be careful not to miss my lipline and I just put my BB cream on and off to work,
My mom, sisters, neighbors as expected stared at my lips, not on face, on my Lips.
I just gave them a blank stare. Then off to my office did not talk to someone, which I rarely do, because I used to greet everyone when I arrive.
I locked my door and stayed there until lunch, and until i forgot I am wearing my bloody red lipstick, On lunch time, I went to buy my lunch well there they notice my striking lips called me the girl with a vampire lips, I just laughed and when I noticed guys staring at my lips I took a tissue and took it off my lips with two reasons I don't like their eyes in my lips, and I want to eat with my lipstick on hehe.
I guess I am really weird, What do you do when your not feeling so right? are you wierd too?

That's a better way of dealing with your being emotional. Rather than crying and being sad , you chose to do something nice for yourself.
Well, red lipstick is the "in" color for lipsticks now. I am always wearing one everyday , to work. maybe your lips looks nice and pouty with it , so the guys keep on looking at you.

Hahaha, I have pouty lips even without lipstick on but i think it gave a lot more pouty effect on it ahaha, I did'nt know it's "in". I am just shy wearing red lipstick they said I am like a different person when i wear dark shades.

You look different because you are used to wearing light colors, which somehow indicates simplicity and demureness . But a red dark lipstick indicates a strong personality, because it takes a courage for a woman to wear it , since it's a "daring" color. And red lipstick chooses the correct skin tone of a woman for it to fit her, overall.

When i'm depressed i go shopping. I'm frugal but when i'm depressed i could splurge, but i'm trying to control it now since i have priorities other than myself.
Usually when i'm emotional i open my diary and write and write and write. When i get bored with that i turn to mylot. When i'm done mylotting i turn to my online friends and tell them everything. When they're not available, i take a shower, dress up nicely, put on make up and would go window shopping!

i'm kinda like that too,
Shopping-it's nice that i do not have money that time, i am spared!
Writing- when I have the energy to write,all my emotional so, so's.
And being beautiful when I can't do any of the above mentioned. Hehehe.
and one thing I drink a lot of coffee, sit in a quiet place. and just stare...
