I must also admit that sometimes i find it hard to ask for forgiveness for a wrong i have committed. When that happens, i would compensate by my actions. I would lovingly talk to the person or would give him/her an email to say what i cannot say , I am sorry. It doesn't matter if he/she accept it. What matters is i have asked for an apology.

hi,mylotter friend, you should walk the first step. everyone is not a perfect people and can make mistakes. Didn't you feel uncomfortable if you wouldn't admit the fault? you can have a try and confess what's in your mind and admit the fault after that you would find something is not that hard as you think.

There is nothing wrong when it comes to admitting mistake/s. Admitting mistake/s will never make us a lesser person, but, most of the time it will gain us more respects when we know how to admit our mistake/s all the time. I admire my boss when she say's sorry after giving a nag due to poor performance of our team-mates or in my account as well. have a good day jaiho®

I think a part of the fact that while many of us are unable to admit a lot of our mistakes is because we tend to really justify what we do. Sometimes we tend to go through quite the routine where we tend to justify to an absolutely absurd level to say the very least. I think that is just ingrained into many of our minds, the inability to properly admit the scope of our mistakes. I try to admit a lot of my mistakes, because it is just part of the learning crisis of life. There are just a lot of times however where it is a big mistake, which can be a rather bitter pill to swallow to say the very least. It can be rather awkward, especially if its a mistake that drastically affects the life of another person, including yourself. Still it can be very difficult to admit our mistakes for sure.

We should always need to learn to admit our own mistakes or the guilt will stay inside of us forever. Admitting our mistakes releases us of all the burden and the pressure that is brought by it. And once we learn it will not be that hard next time. Don't feel awkward. The person whom you admit your mistakes too will also learn from you and will likewise be proud of you.
