I think so. I do not think that dreams take place only in the mind but of the subtle body then has the opportunity, in another (subtler levels) to act. Lucid and Lucid dreams can be one of these worlds change. This is very exciting, with a little practice can succeed each. What is reality? Nobody can answer this question. We are true subjects and take our subjective world. Are these dream worlds less real? I mean, we live in a dream, but as realistic as in real life. What is the difference? Except that our real life over again at certain points but no sense of actually linked. That life may be in dreams are worked up - but I think that's far from everything.
