I want to create a new blog..so I am looking for some good templates...please suggest me some good templates for my new blog... and tell me the process ..how to upload that to blogger..

If you are using blogger, then I will suggest you to use those beautiful default templates that blogger has. There are many and you can choose one which looks best to you.
Or else you can download free template from different sites, which I have done for one of my blog.

And ya...Uploading is so simple...Go to DESIGN,
Then EDIT HTML....and there u will get CHOOSE FILE ....U have to UPLOAD that xml file that u selected.After this upload the file and then SAVE the template.
And now ur template is ready and ur blog with the new look...
As templates are easily available so just download it and use it.

I would like to tell u that btemplates have many templates.
If u tell me what kind of ur blog is..Then I can suggest u some templates..
