I have seen some sites that are offering freelancing work to write articles. The worst part of the site is on the payment of the workers. If the workers are not paying us, then there is no issue at all to cope with the recovery of the payment,. The workers many times cheating us from paying even after obtaining the work in fine form. If i report this no action has been taken from the admin side. hence i want some sites which offer freelancing work with more responsibility to address the problem of the freelancer.

No site can guarantee payment 100%. I'm intrigued by your post - where were you writing that the admin did nothing to answer your complaints? The best sites for writing depend on what kind of income you want. If it's revenue share, you'll have to use places like Triond, AC, Helium, HubPages, Squidoo, Wikinut, etc. If it's direct-to-client work, you can use the bidding sites - Elance, Guru, oDesk, Freelancer - or look for job listings. Jobs are posted daily on Deb Ng's blog at freelancewritinggigs.com and 3 times a week on Anne Wayman's blog at aboutfreelancewriting.com - and a lot of other places, of course, but I like both those people! There's a monster list of writing sites at FreelanceSwitch - http://freelanceswitch.com/finding/monster-list-of-freelance-job-sites-2011/ And there's Constant-Content for an article marketplace. Those should get you started.

My pleasure. If you're looking for writing info, feel free to ask. I've been freelancing part-time for the last 2-3 years, so I've built up a fairly big stock of people, places, tips and so on. I try to post most on my blog but if you need something specific and I might know it... costs nothing to ask!!
