Do you have any recipe that uses mustard sauce? I bought mustard sauce for some hotdog sandwich some time before but I only used it for about two times. They're still many inside and it's gonna expire on October. I have found one recipe online for Barbeque sauce but they ingredients also needed valsamic vinegar and worstershier sauce. They are expensive to buy so I don't want to do that sauce. Do you have a suggestion?

Mustard sauce is a rather weak and runny solution of mustard. You can use it in any sauce recipe that calls for mustard. Mustard 'heat' is rather different from chili or ginger. If you combined your mustard sauce with about twice as much salad oil (and, perhaps, some pepper and herbs to taste) it would make a good dressing for a salad, either a green salad or a bean salad. Alternatively, it works very well with fish, especially oily fish like mackerel, sardines or salmon (it depends what fish are common in your country). I would also add some fennel or dill and, perhaps a little lime or lemon juice or vinegar.

I don't really make veggie salad. But maybe I'll try it some time. Thanks for the recipe.

I would use it in meatloaf (or veggie loaf) or mix it in with ground Boca (or ground chicken or turkey). It would also be good with shrimp and veggies. The sauce won't "expire" in October, though. That is simply a sell by date, which has no real basis. I shudder to think of how much food has been tossed simply because people think that food spoils on an arbitrarily chosen date.
