What a genuinely good person would do: - When you are walking alone on the street eating your favorite burger, savoring each bite. Then suddenly a person grab what you are eating then run for it. What you do is you run for it, chase the person who stole your food--------you chase that person only to give that person water because you are afraid that the person who stole you food does not have any water and that person might be thirsty. For me that's what a genuinely good person would do. To you my friends?? what would a genuinely good person would probably do??

He was stealing it, maybe because he had no job and feel hungry. Maybe the story would work better if we give that person money, or maybe for the best: a job Anyway, there're much factors in person, so I can tell he's genuinely good person or not. So much, that I can't tell every of them But, generally, a genuine good person would do the goodness from the bottom of his heart. And if it is come from genuine heart, I think we can feel it as well

Yeah, I think that's what genuine good person do. They do the goodness with spontaneity. When they are do the goodness, they aren't think about benefit for themselves, they just doing it spontaneously Have a good day

Absolutely that is what i am trying to say. A genuinely good person would do goodness from the bottom of his heart. And from the story, in that instant moment we can how somehow conclude that the person who ate the burger and was stolen, do goodness from his or her heart genuinely because he or she did not pause for a moment to think to give water to that person who stole his or her burger. He or she just chase the person who stole his or her burger to give that person water. Good day my friend:))

wow... so I guess I am not genuinely good. If it happened to me, I will not run after him to give him water. I will be scared that if I run after him he may get something more from me. In our generation, we can't trust our lives with people and sometimes, being too nice may put us to danger. I am lucky that person only took a burger and running after him will be a bad idea I guess.

Yeah..in a reality it is hard to do something like that. Maybe that is what good about stories to remind us of something that we forgot. To be good sometimes. Not that we really do what the story is. But we do something that is good at least on our little ways. The story that I wrote, the person that ate the burger and was stolen from him or her is kid. That shows that when we are young we are innocent, and in nature we are really good hearted, our instincts told us to do good. But in some factors, as we grow up we experienced things that changes as. Changes the way we look up life or our perspectives in life. Spread the goodness my friend:))

The story is good. But there could be instances where your valuables are stolen. Will such a person then supply transport facility so that the needy can get away.I feel its best we provide food or money so that such a person doesn't go hungry. But if he makes a habit of grabbing and bolting with others food,i don't think it is a desirable trait in a person.

Yeah it might be not a desirable trait of a person. But what i am trying to say that, for that instant moment, just a flick of a second you did not think selfishly on yourself. You did not chase that person because of your personal matter but you chase that person because you are offering something to that person. Well, a story is just a story eh?? Thanks my friend:))

To be honest i dont mind if the person takes the food from me, as your story says but i wont run after the guy with water to give him, infact i ddont carry a water with me then how would i give him. anyway if possible i would buy him something if hes that hungry to even consider stealing. thats what i do.

Your write up is quite funny and thought provoking. I think it will make a good movie in hollywood. Just go online and sell this story of yours to film maker.

Well first off if someone was that desperate to steal a sandwich that I was eating, I would hope that they will enjoy it as much as I would. I would be wishing that there was Water or something I could offer them if I could catch up with them just to help wash it down. In the Economy we live in now there are a lot of people out there worse than I am financially and to ever have this situation you just described would make me hope they enjoy the food as much as I would.

you let that person have the sandwich because they are hungry and you go get another one if you have enough money and you are still hungry. Yes, if a person is thirsty, give him something to drink too because it's the right thing to do.
