Why do some therapy sessions will take place outdoors for a walk?

Why do some therapy sessions will take place outdoors for a walk? Some psychotherapists with their patients to go out even for one hour at a walk and talk, why? Maybe someone can give this information.

Some of the therapy sessions are placed outside becuase they can be more effective when they are done in outdoors. When we do therapy outside we have good air to breathe and it helps us to practice them well also practicing them on the outdoor helps us to get a great relief for our mind. May be this is the reason for it.

For therapy sessions it is very important to have free minds then only they will be much effective. This may be the one of the strong reason why therapy sessions are held outside.

Well, there are those that probably nature can offer to make our lives better other than just the four walls of the room. So this is probably the reason why some are held outdoors. Nature can be very relaxing and when we are relax, then surely we feel better and wonderful.

It is one of many possibilities to its being self-conscious. Go (a very important aspect of any therapy) is also to be observed in addition to the purely athletic goal that walk /, supplies the body with oxygen, which is helpful in every way that you look at it but not totally spent, so still can comfortably carry a conversation in passing. As I said, one of many possibilities.

Hallo, I think that the feeling comes out more about, that everything is normal, while in an office quickly arises the feeling that we tell here and now everything must be clear that something must be done, that we should open up to someone that you do does not know. It is very difficult for many people to get any help and the fear of losing control over something is very large. But if you move into an environment that has nothing to do with "therapy", where meet a man, going shopping, coming from work, etc., then you simply feel safer. This is a good base in order to build trust. Later, because it works when it pleases them, supportive, loosens up the atmosphere.

Walking outdoors will let us put our guards down. We feel relaxed and put the pressres away when we just walk. I think this is a goos way for therapy.

well the outdoors have different feel from being inside. A therapist may find it necessary to carry the patient outside for some reason.
