My bunny doesn't do much movement as much as I've seen with other bunnies and he doesn't like to be picked up AT ALL or taken out of his cage. This doesn't seem normal and I'm not quite sure what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions, ideas, comments, or anything to help me out with my bunny troubles??? Also, if anyone has any tips on litter box training for my bunny that would be great! :) Thanks fellow mylotters.

He could just be a shy bunny. Out of the 10+ rabbits that I've owned in the past, most of them were rather active, but 2 of them were extremely shy, and spent most of the time hiding in the sheltered part of their cages. The only thing that would make them come out and be social at all was fresh alfalfa, and even this might not work. There are some cases where the bunny is shying away because they are sick, or if he's a new bunny, he could just need time to adjust to the environment. But generally, bunnies are fast at adapting to a new home, so if he continues to be shy, don't sweat it! It's just his personality. All you can do if this is the case is just find a food or treat to lure him out with and spend as much time as possible with him.

make sure he has nothing in his cage he can hide under as that will encourage scared behavour. also get him fixed for his health a fixed bunny will live longer as well as be much more friendly as for litter box training get a corner litter box and put it in the corner he uses most often then scoop the poop from that corner into the bx he will inteinctivly continue to use that corner
