opening a coffee shop

i have regestered a coffee shop and i am requesting for assitant to design it.the premisses is at a busy street and opposite another coffee shop.size is two thosand squard feet. rectangular in shape.i am looking at 100 seats or more.please help me for my wish is to open the doors by february 2007.

sounds good to me, I was going to open up a coffee shop a few years ago and seeing as I was into crafts I was going to have a section where I could sell my handmade crafts as well but things didn't work out for me in that direction, but good luck to you.
