guide with diet charts and video footage also of many people. i do not know but i want to have a flat belly and tried buying something online but it said that it is just for US and Canada. no other place on earth, what sh*t. are there not fat people any where else ?and these people send e-mail ever day . if they cannot sell any program in certain countries then are they sending e-mails. i have given my correct details where i live and all, but then too , they fill up my e-mail box with their trash. now i am thinking of unsubscribing it. it is so irritating to see their mails all over my inbox.
