Do you think ptc sites are not good for advertising ??

Everybody do advertising their site someway. But there are different purpose. Some wants to do for selling things online some wants to earn and many others.
Many peoples thinks that PTC sites are not good place for advertising as users only clicks for earning purpose , only few of them read the content of sites. Now I just meet a guy who told me that the site who having too many hits or good traffic will move on to the first page in google search. Now if someone's site is coming on first page in searching on google will surely gets too many benefits with lots of good traffic. 
Now for that purpose doesn't PTC sites are good. I mean with good ptc site you can have lots of hit on your site.
Now I want to know that is it true that site with good traffic will come first on google search pages ?? And what do you think about ptc advertising like this way ?
