Isolated Heavy Downpour Yesterday at Makati and Mandaluyong

I took a bus from Edsa Crossing going to Alabang. There was a heavy downpour and I could see the continous gushing of water flowing outside the from my window inside the bus. From Crossing to Ayala Edsa, it has been raining heavily for 15mins. upon passing the flyover over Pasong Tamo, underneath is already unpassable and the water submerge a car in the middle of the street...when I reach Sucat via Skyway no more rain and it was dry...oh well a very odd weather.

So that's the reason why the weather yesterday here in Quezon City is unpredictably hot. It didn't rain here but the weather is hot and no wind, I was expecting that a rain will come down because of the hot weather but it didn't.

you will feel the heavy humid draft of the incoming rain but it will have a heavy downpour on a other places ...it is as if the clouds carry a big pail and pur it all in place and then it stop...aftermath is flooded areas and heavy traffic while other areas is normal

yes the weather is getting weirder. here in cebu, the sun was shining in the morning and in the afternoon for about 1 hour it rained very heavily that the streets were all flooded and some of my colleagues were late in coming to work. after the hour it turned back again to sunshine. these weathers make it possible for most of us to have colds and cough.

It's an odd weather indeed. The rain just pours and there's even no wind blowing. I'm grateful since I'm at home although I'm worried that it would be Ondoy again if the rain continues. The good thing is it cooled down the temperature and I was able to get a very long nap.

When i texted my daughter the other day and asked about the weather there in Manila, she said that it's always raining. But i didn't know that it's like that, wherein some places have been unpassable already. I guess, my daughter is just within a walking distance from her school and it's in new Manila,Q.C. that's why she didn't know about other places. But knowing Manila, it could easily get flooded.

The reason is, Intertropical Convergence Zone(ITCZ) is still weak as of this time and newly developed tropical depression "MINA" is very far away from Metro Manila about 500 - 600 kilometers away.
