Big and Tall Clothes: Online Shopping - HELP!

My fiance is quite a big guy. He wears about a 6XL in most clothing. We live in a small city and no stores around here, or the surrounding cities sell his size clothes! It's ridiculous in my opinion, and to be honest, he is running out of clothes! We don't know what to do, other than buying clothes online.
However, the problem is, I can't find a decent website to purchase from. Perhaps you guys can help?
Here is what I am looking for:
A website that is reliable and trustworthy (I don't want to pay, and not receive my item, or receive something I didn't pay for).
A website that has relativity cheap prices (I don't want to pay $25 for a plain T-shirt, or $50 for a printed T-shirt).
A website that sells to United States residents.
A website that accepts PayPal as payment.
If anyone can give me some websites to check out that meets my needs, it would be greatly appreciated.

I couldn't find anything his size on Ebay or using shopping.paypal.com

I have not had to buy the Big & Tall but can understand how difficult it must be. It is like the regular stores today find that all people are one size.
I am not sure about this store but saw some sales and did notice it had PayPal. You might want to check out reviews to make sure it is reputable. Also do a search to see if you can find other stores that may be cheaper too:

But I already know about that site (I should have mentioned that in my post). I find most of their prices way too high for me.
I am looking for more websites than the one I already know about... but I can't find one that meets all of my needs.

Thanks, but does amazon accept PayPal? I thought they didn't, but I am not sure.

I have no advice on this one. But as a big girl, I am thankful I fit in what's available in stores. As I know it's not easy to shop via web or catalog just because most places don't carry beyond a 2-3x. And I understand your troubles because even though they sell my size in stores they also don't sell much that is always age appropriate (they think I'm my Grandmother) or trendy designs w/o you paying a jacked up price because you are bigger.
