Manchester United maintain consistency of appearance at the beginning of the season hit the Premier League with Tottenham Hotspur 3-0 at Old Trafford on Monday (23 / 8) night. Such action as well be a first for Spurs this season because the game against Everton last week London was canceled due to security conditions that do not allow. Manager Harry Redknapp did not play Luka Modric in the game because Luka Modric transfer to Chelsea in the intersection. Modric's move is unclear, so that Redknapp has decided to save it. Above ground, the appearance of Brad Friedel to prevent United winning first through Tom Cleverley hard kick in the eighth minute. Spurs seek to create their own opportunities through hard kick off the effort toward David De Gea. Different from the previous game against Manchester City and West Bromwich Albion, this time De Gea looked spry overcome all the balls to test his abilities. Patience United dismantle the Spurs defense finally bear fruit in the 61st minute. Cleverley's cross from the right sector welcomed directed header from Danny Welbeck. In an instant, direct control of the match completely dominated by United. Fifteen minutes later, beautiful collaboration with Welbeck make Anderson apart in the penalty box. Without difficulty, Anderson beat Friedel. The victory ensured United's Wayne Rooney three minutes ahead of dispersal after his header could not be prevented Tottenham defense. Credit was given to Ryan Giggs scored that provides a cross with his right foot. Redknapp tried to add pressure by inserting an additional striker Roman Pavlyuchenko accompany Rafael van der Vaart and Jermain Defoe, but to no avail. I think only Brad Friedel will play better in this match from Hotspurs club...I think my prediction is right, when transfer about Luca Modric can bother all player to play better and better...It can not be hidden...You can see... Two thumbs up for MU...They did again.. what do you think about this game??

It seems that United are in top form already, judging from the score and from what you wrote here. I haven't seen the game, but I guess the score says it all. I think United will have a great season once again, and will fight with Chelsea and City for the title in the Premier League, and maybe even Liverpool. Looking forward to the forthcoming action...

Yes, Arsenal has certainly lost two key players like Cesc and Nasri, but Gervinho is a good players also, who was bought pretty cheap from Lille and maybe, now that Arsenal has qualified for the Champions League, Wenger will spend some money and bring a few more players to the club. You know what the fans told him:"Arsene, spend some f***ing money!"

Even though it was very late in the night, I watched the whole game. Tottenham played very well in the first half, but were unable to score. In the second half they started well for 10 minutes and then completely got frustrated and lost their shape. Man U sensed the moment and then cashed in with three goals in the last 30 minutes to kill off Spurs. Goals from Welbeck, Anderson and Rooney sealed the deal. Cheers! Ram

i think redknap must coonvince luca modric to stay in white hart line.. it can be denied that spurs still need a creative player like luca modric you can imagine if MU play many of their main player, i can`t imagine.. Maybe MU can win until 6-0
