Is there any method by which i can change HTTP from HTTPS.
Plz it is really important.
At work all sites are blocked and they are only opening with HTTPS.
Tell Me what should i do?

i'm not sure what your administrator is up to, but with all http traffic closed you cannot view most of the website. I suggest you find a proxy server that using port 443 or using vpn service that using port 443 for your surfing activity. You can also ask to your admin why on earth did he/she block the http traffic.

HTTPS only shows up when you are connecting to a website that is using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) or the new TLS (Transport Layer Security). These are methods of Encrypting and Decrypting messages sent over the interwebs so there isn't much you can do unless you find a secure proxy that is using TLS or SSL to secure the communication from them to you which would then allow for you to access sites that aren't HTTP themselves because you would be connecting to a HTTPS Proxy. They do exist but they are extemely hard to find as it cost money per year to keep your SSL or TLS running with pretty much every website host and I haven't seen one that doesn't charge a fee for this as normally SSL and TLS are needed for Ecommerce sites. Amazon and Ebay both use SSL when you are checking out.

I hate to say it, but there is not a lot you can do from your end. Https is under the control of the websites at the other sites. That is why only sites like Papal and online banking have the https. The server on their end decides, you really have no control over it. Sorry. :(
