Guys Getting A Snowflake Tattoo

Do you find it a good idea for a guy to have a snowflake tattoo? Just that I saw this guy with a bunch of snowflakes tattoo of different sizes on his leg. If it's a girl I could understand but I guess for me, snowflakes are like a girly thing. No offense alright? I just find it uncommon to see it on a guy.

i suppose i'd agree snowflakes are delicate and probably would seem like a more female choice for a tat that's forsure. Perhaps there's some meaning behind it as many do.

That's what I thought about as well that's why it's really uncommon for me to see guys on that tattoo. And yes, there MUST really be a meaning behind that. But what would that be? lol

I actually know more then a few guys who have snowflakes tattooed on them. All of them are into snow sports of some type. Skiers, snowboarders (mostly snowboarders) and an ice fisherman. To them winter is a sport and the flakes are not girly at all. Personally I like to find out why a person gets a particular tattoo before judging them. He might have had them to remind him of a wife or child who is a girl. I mean many men have flowers tattooed and I would think that is girlier then snowflakes. That said my hubby has flowers with our kids names in them he he he.
