Escape from the usual grind. Stop feeling at the beck and call of others. Stay with yourself and look into yourself. Hang ‘Don’t disturb’ warning at the threshold of your mental door. Yes, I certainly agree with you. That is a way of meditation , insight meditation as it is known. Yes, that very much helps to relax and to be relieved of mental stresses. After a long stressful day at work, I often practise insight meditation in the evenings after I get back home from work.

There are moments when we really need to detach ourselves from the crazy world around and spend some time with ourselves;it is necessary to do that from time to time and indeed it helps release the stress and find a certain inner peace that helps us find our balance again and keep on living in a society that causes us so much anxiety.

It's actually rare that i spend on the crazy world thing but i have experience a bit on spending on the real life. i believe if we find certain place for piece and contentment, we can really do anything though. society can put a pressure on us a little bit too. Have a nice day

Hello Arle, Oh, my GOd, I've always wanted to put "DOn't Disturb" in my door, i AM NOt ur as to why am not doing it in the first place. but you know, at least they respect the fact that i don't wanna be disturb when i close the door. maybe i should start exercising one of these days but i don't know why am not doing any thing. have a nice day

Sometimes we are caught up with so many responsibilities and stresses of our daily life that most often we don't know how to stop or we just can't stop at all. It is always healthy to stop, think and see our own world from the outside. It will not only relieve us from stress but it would help us reflect.
