What are the main difference in operating system and specially OSX and ubuntu and i think that ubuntu will be more reliable then osx.these os hitting the window toward back but still window is on top how the one thing i thought for ubuntu and it is a super user which make a deference but sill it s giving the configuraiblty of window like and the free softwares make it more what is the real diffrance

There are many difference between OSX and ubuntu because they were produce by different company so most of the code were different. The software that run on the operating system is also different. However, because the nature of ubuntu is open source, people could easily compile programs from open source to run on OSX, so most of the time software that run on ubuntu probably also exist on OSX.

but the OSX software are possible to run on Ubuntu

Not really... just the open source softwares.... i never heard that photoshop for mac OSX can be installed on Ubuntu. If you can get the source code of photoshop then it might be possible to run it on ubuntu but i don't think you can get the source.
