how you motivate your refrals ?

hello friends,i love mylots.i think this is my best site that i have joined in my life.i want to earn more from this site i think all of you also want to earn more. there are two options to earn more 1.Post bulk Quantity with Quality. 2.make more active referrals. is there another way please share i have two referrals but both are not so active.how can i motive them to post here. pls help.
