What is normal?

Just the other day somebody told me I'm normal and when I got home it started to bother me. I thought about what normal really is and if I want to be normal. So after I thought about it, the comment started to seem like an insult to me. We do everything in our power to be normal and not stand out from the crowd, but do we really want to be normal? So think about it, what is normal? I did and I decided not to be normal but to be myself instead and not worry if I am different or standing out.

Well, I think that would depend on when and where i was told that i was normal... if i was told by a nurse or a doctor that i am normal.. my BP is normal then i guess that's fine, that's great actually. if i was told that i was normal when i am with a group of "weird people" then i think i would prefer that... to being told that i am weird... i guess it would depend, most of us wants to be unique... but really if all is unique then can we still be unique?
