My first major problem about myself is this laziness to wake-up early. I don't like to be late in going to school but it's really hard for me to wake up early. What would seems to be the problem? is it me? Do you know any medicine or vitamins that can help me?

I think practicing yoga can solve your problem.By yoga you can control your mind a lot.I need a alarm clock to wake me up.I wake at 5 in the morning. This routine is practicing from my childhood days.

It is probably that you are just tired. So things that you can try doing is going to sleep earlier. And perhaps that will help you get up early in the morning like you want to. I don't know of any particular vitamins that will help with this. But you could search online for ways to get energy naturally. There should be a lot of information about this.

Hi Silver, I kind of have this same problem as well. I usually get up between 7:20 and 7:30 AM, but I'd love to get up about an hour earlier because I feel that I could get a lot more done before heading off to work. I'd have a more profitable day. I'm glad you're someone who shares my frustration. I get up the same time each day, and work starts at the exact same time. I don't know what my problem is not being able to get up earlier the next day. I also go to bed the same time each night. You might want to try adjusting your alarm clock a couple minutes earlier each morning until you're getting up a bit earlier. I've heard you can kind of train your body to get up even without an alarm. Do you normally use an alarm? Also, what time do you usually go to bed? Does that change? Maybe some of these factors contribute to your inability to get up earlier. Do you have issues with getting the school/work on time? I've also heard that there's a pineal gland in our bodies with hormones that moderate our sleep. I know they say we're supposed to get the idea eight hours of sleep, but a lot of times, that's not possible. Maybe you could look into the medical side of it by checking out vitamins and/or exercises that would help you with this. I definitely need to do the same! I'm going to be getting some advice from this discussion as well.

hi:) before I have the same problem as you, I have alarm clock but whenever it rings I turned it off then go back to sleep,so what my mother do is go to my room and turn on the TV on a loud volume until I wake up. but now my body clock is already working, I go to bed at 10 or 11 pm then wake up at 5 am.so why don't you try that? try to sleep at the same time a day and wake up at the same time, then in time it will be going to be your habit.

I find the best way to get up early (or even on time), is to go to bed at a time that will provide you enough rest, to try to get in the habit of getting up at the same time every day. Establish a routine. Go to bed 8 or 9 hours before you would want to wake up (this should be plenty of time to feel well-rested), and then set an alarm to wake you up. If you follow this routine for a few weeks, you should find yourself waking up automatically around the time that your alarm would go off. I have been doing this, and don't really even need an alarm anymore!

Oh dear! I do sympathise, I have been this way all my life and I have never really been comfortable with getting up early. I don't know about you, but my brain just doesn't seem to work that well early in the day, I am not alert or really aware of what's going on! I don't think it's really laziness, just not awakeness. Later on, I'm fine and at night I seem to be a lot more alert than in the morning. The problem is, night-owls seem to be in the minority. So I tend to think it is just the way you are, don't worry about it, make sure you get enough sleep, there isn't much else you can do.

Do not eat the medicines or vitamins.Just change a routine and go to bed early than before. You will find it's much easier to wake-up early.I also have the same problem as you,but actually i'm using this way to change my laziness.Good luck to both of us.LOL

You just need something to look forward to each day, some sort of interest that can spark your initiative. You need some hobby that entertains you, gives you a reason to wake up. For some cases, perhaps you are over sleeping. Over sleeping results in a lazy body, you just need that perfect amount of sleep that makes you feel refreshed. Try www.sleepyti.me this site can help you calculate that perfect amount of sleep.

Early to be and early to rise. That I think is the best way to get yourself moving early. Also, I suggest that once you get up, do some stretching, breathing exercises and physical exercises. This can really stimulate you to not go back to your bed. Helps in the circulation of oxygen and blood making you more alive and kicking. I had the same problem as you are back in my college days. I will share you another secret to getting up early. I usually motivate myself to go to my early classes by having crushes on my classmates also on that class. Having that hot and pretty girl during the early morning motivates me to get up fast. If ever you don't have any prospect chick within your class, you can always motivate yourself to be lucky enough to sit beside a pretty girl during the course of your travel in the morning. Mornings are usually when those pretty college girls are also about to go to school. You'll encounter a lot of them during your trip to school right?

We have the same problem. I also hate waking up early everyday. I don't know what's the problem since I always sleep early every night so I have enough sleep. But when it's time to wake up, I can't help but to ask myself 5 more minutes and that 5 more minutes became 1 hour. Very lazy right? That is why I ended up going to the office late. I know I need to change that attitude.

I think there is only medicine to wake up early, ask your mother to pour water on you while you asleep. I am just joking. If you think it is a major problem consult a doctor, you will get benefited.

You have to sleep early to wake early. There is no medicine which will make you active. your body will only respond when you have enough rest, I used to wake up very early in the morning not because of any vitamins but a true desire to wake up and go to sleep early as well. A human body must be given atleast a 8 hours rest so it can work efficiently.

Even myself had this sort of problem getting early, the reason is simple the reason why waking up seems trouble is because of lack of sleep, you have sleep early to bed to wake up, i even tested when i slept early i seems to work early morning. so no medicines needed here all you need is simple rest for the body to relax a bit for functioning of body systems.

Hello silver_sharkbait, I also feel the same way I always want to get to school on time but I have a hard time waking up because I always feel to lazy to get up and still feel sleepy. Maybe you should go to bed early like around 8pm that way it won't be so hard to wake up because you'll have enough sleep or get an alarm clock, there arent any vitamins that will help you wake up but I would recommend taking vitmin c it will give you enough energy to help you make it through the morning

Are you lazy or just having a hard time to get out of the bed because you are not really a morning person? I promise myself I can go to bed after I.. (which never happens) and drag myself out of it. And I am surely not a lazy person. Just not a morning person .. no matter if I go to bed early or late.
