Are you agree with me? Mylot is like a college place

How cute of you my dear friend! It is like a learning experience for me too. Though I have a very good understanding of how myLot works I find that each and everyday I learn something new here. I am very grateful to you and so many other worldwide friends, who patiently take the time to explain to me your traditions, and cultures. Yes I find it like schooling daily because it gives me a sense each time I log in that I will learn something each day.

Nice comparison. I do think so too. It's like being in college because we discuss certain topics according to the subject. There are varieties of courses to choose from, lots of friends to hang out with and just enjoy what's out there to share. Happy myLotting!

Yes this place is just like a college with this thought but the only difference is that in college we meet our friends daily in real world are connected with them but in mylot we meet each other through internet, talk to each other and also we make new freinds and get close to them whowm we haven't yet met and also might be impossible to meet in the future due to the long distance of residence....

Hm? But there's no exam here, there's not much discussions about physics, chemistry, or math, there's no homework, And while we have to pay for studying in college, here we are being paid.. so what do you say? Mylot is even better than college! ~run away

hi surekharathi yes for the younger people here I can see it could be just like a special college where we all learn from each other, and make tons of new friends, and enjoy mylot. I also agree mylot is the best. And yes to us older well senior citizens is a nicer title its like the best University we ever attended but while we learn new customs and cultures and make many new friends from all over the globe, we still feel at ease with friends much younger than ourselves and with those our own ages.We do gather a lot of GK knowledge here and I have had fun and am having fun here with all my many mylot friends. go Mylot go.

Hi there! I agree that MyLot is a place of learning and meeting new people. However, MyLot will not give me any diploma or certificate once I seemed knowledgeable enough and ready to leave this place. Would they?hihihi... Anyway, MyLot is a social place that's why it's fun to hangout! Perhaps, in that sense yes, I may agree to your point.

Hi friend :) Even i say with you Mylot Is the BEST. About my college.. I was used to bunked my most of the classes.. And I wasn't serious with my studies too during my college days. I was only pay attention on my studies during my industrial training. And I learned lot from it.. So yes I was having lots of fun during my college days. But surely not much on studies. So in terms of fun surely mylot is look equal to that. But that's different thing that I am giving more time here in compare of my college classes.

You are correct. Here at Mylot we're like going to College, because of so many people we meet . Every discussion, seemed to be a subject being discussed by the teacher and the respondents are the teachers. At least, i get to experience college life again !

I don't think it's quite like a college, more like a subject at school. It does help some people learn english and also helps people learn about different countries and cultures. We are always learning in life anyway, but being here in MyLot just helps us learn even better.

surekha: I also agree with you. Your phrase East or west -- is truly applicable for mylot. Because mylot is awake at all time of a day in one part or the other. I enjoy posting my ideas and I earn a little also. good day.

Personally I don't think it college, it's more of an online neighborhood. In college, you have teachers who command attention and if you're not attentive you either fail or they call your attention. That's not what's happening in mylot. To me, it's jsut like we wander around the neighborhood and sees someone and stop for a chitchat, another neighbor who happens to pass by joins the chat until more join to have fun together. If someone gets bored he walks on again until he finds something interesting and starts a conversation with another. Some neighbors are just there, they don't talk but only listens.

Oh yeah i agree. Mylot is just like college. Meeting new friends you can share your life with. Getting feed backs, learning from it.

I agree with you. We can add more knowledge here. From reading the discussions as well as the responses, I learned so many things. It's enjoyable doing mylot.

It is a very interesting comparison you did... Yeah we start being newbies, then we become juniors and then seniors as the new generation of mylotters come. I think that my lot is a wonderful community and I meet different kinds of people from all over the world.

College is where you hangout with your friends and do some studies too.So as far as hanging out with friends is concern we can say that my lot is similar but in other case like studies,exams and most important tension of the results,I don't think we experience these things here..What do you think mate..?? And mylot has now become a place for earning that's all I don't see anyone here anymore interested in making friends here..:-)
