Why you're tired when you were growing short between two stages of sleep?

So I mean is this: You sleep on the weekend, the alarm clock in the morning and you think yourself, "I sleep a little bit." Advantage because it is still a bit tired, but could theoretically also has to get up, but just felt like the weekend. It continues to provide the alarm an hour or two. When the alarm clock rings then the second time, an hour or two later, you feel as tired as if you had not the whole night (+ one / two hours;)) slept. Why is that? I love to see the alarm clock again next, but after that I'm still tired

I would say this is due to the different stages of sleep. It is divided into three "non-REM stages" and a "REM" Only at the end follows. which runs like this: Stage 1 sleep - Sleep Phase 2 - Phase 3 sleep - Sleep Phase 2 - Phase 3 sleep - REM So and this cycle is the first Times of the night about 110 minutes to reach the REM phase (also called dream sleep), but not until you are tired, just because this cycle was not completed.

I guess that depends on the sofa with the two phases together. Dream phase and physical recovery .. The recovery phase lasts about 3 hours .. The dream phase is not explored. In the dream phase of your brain starts to work. That checks your body temperature is too low .. they accuse the ceiling above you .. strampelst or just the opposite way. This dream phase lasts only seconds actually. Mostly remembered for his dreams barely. What happens directly in this phase no one knows yet. Gibts for the sleep research yet. But the fact is .. you wake up in the recovery phase on .. then everything is ok .. But you wake up in a dream state on .. it comes to your "dream" on. All too aware of the nightmare So that is at least explained. Just knowing that the alarm clock to ring so and so again can lead to stress. Can aus.man Let your alarm clock on weekends just to learn the early rising. I think you sleep directly with the fear again that the alarm is ringing but yes again. So make him not only back .. So let it out ... or Vice him directly at the time. up where you want. then let the eye to .. stretch yourself 10-15 minutes .. .. and then ..

From an unexplored reason you get tired if you sleep too long. So there is an optimal amount of sleep, too little is not good in the long run, "more is better" but also does not apply. All the way people watch more than once on a night when the wax phase is not more than half, or take a minute, is remembered in the morning no longer in it. Incidentally, this is also a matter of habit, you can shorten the duration of sleep well until a certain limit, if every night a few minutes less sleep.
