Good topic,we all have listen to do hard work & You will get success.no doubt it 100% right. but i think we should do hard work with smartness for better results.
choosing a work which will give us better results of our hard work is smart work.on other hand discovering a new idea to do same work with less effort & in less time with more finishing is smart work.this is only my opinion .

This question makes me think bout school.. At school I'd rather do it right the first time and pay attention to what I'm doing (smart working) over trying multiple times to get it done right while I'm focusing on other things (hard working.)

For me it differs. Hardworking is having to put all energy to work and even sacrifice time and effort while smart working is having put much thinking and being wise. With this smart working, a person that uses his brain succeeds more than the hardworking one. Smart working is very important in the present scenario especially now that most of the jobs are about networking or marketing.
