Who is Bob Ong?

I just watch Brigada at GMA News TV and they featured Bob Ong, one of the most excellent and well-known writer in our country. I was so excited watching the show because I thought I will be able to see and know who is the man behind Bob Ong. Fortunately, he didn't show up. He just sent an email to the interviewer that he only wants to write and he don't want a critical life that's why he don't accept face to face interview but still he has documented interview that can be seen online.
I was mystified by him. I really want to know who is he.

I really love the books and quotations of Bob Ong.It is really related to our lives.Although, he is not direct to the point,he always make sure that we understand the meaning behind it.

hi there! i have known bob ong because of the funny and witty books that he has wrote. i used to borrow from my dorm mates his books and we love it. i was not able to watch the feature of brigada last week but am glad you posted it here

Now you aroused my curiosity. I used to read Pugad Baboy and really was intrigued by the issues pointed out. With that, I suppose I am also a fan of this elusive writer. I will ask around...
