Thriller 2 - short story collection by various authors

When I started this book I was really worried. The first few+ stories in this collection I didn't like at all, and I thought I was in for a rough read. But thankfully the stories did get better for me. There were still one or two here or there that I didn't really like or "get" but there were also a few that I really really enjoyed. If you like thrillers/mysteries then you may want to check this one out. I'm on the last story right now, and it's kind of confusing! I don't know what the heck is going on. But there were a few that have stuck out for me.... One story called "The Circle" intrigued me a lot, I just didn't like how it ended. Another memorable one for me is "The Lamented" which is surprising to me because I don't usually like ghost stories. But perhaps my favorite story of the collection is the second to the last one called "Killing Time" that turns a psychotic serial killer into a hero. I was kind of vague on the story details on purpose, but if you want to know more about them I'll be happy to give you a better synopsis. Has anyone else read this book?
