Should tainted Ministers allowed to fight election ?

Do you think the tainted ministers allowed to fight in election. There are many ministers who has culprit in certain cases which not yet been solved or there may be no evidence to prove that. In my opinion they should be allowed to fight in election because they may be as tainted because the Opposition party may put him in a case in order not to compete in election. If it is proved he must resign from his position and punished. What do you think ?

If it will destroy the credibility of the whole election then I don't think that's good idea. I think they should carefully choose the right people to fight for the elections, more specifically the ones who doesn't have any bad vibes with the mass so the election's integrity will be maintained high.
