Should I organize/schedule my life?

At the moment I have a hard time to organize my life. I have the feeling I am just hanging around or am busy with all kind of jobs which have nothing to do with me. I would love to start studying again and have some time for me. If it comes to studying, I just can't push myself that far or it takes hours to start so the day is over and I am too tired to pick up a book (I keep doing other things first). Time seems to flow and I don't know (well partly don't know) what I did. Is there anyone who can help me with some tips or tricks? At the moment I trick myself to get out of my bed by telling myself I can go back later (what never happens) but does help to come out. I still have a lack of sleep so there are time I just give up and go to bed very early.

Keeping a "To Do" list would help you organize your time, days, weeks, or months. When one gets too busy with so many things, one tends to miss doing things which are essential and critically important. You can start by having a day's "To Do" list, and see if that helps you to get things organized. Have a nice day !

Thanks I will make this list now first, because I always seem to run out of time, which causes a lot of stress. Also I don't have time to relax or go out anymore. And there are days I even have no time to drink a cup of tea (or sit down while I am drinking it) :-( Wish you a great day too.

Like you, I also experienced my time being wasted and it seems that I'm not in control of what am I doing in my life. It is because I have to work for my family and to save for my future. I don't have much time for myself. I would like to learn other things that I'm interested in and to socialize more. I even scheduled a time to organize my life and to set my priorities but I always failed to do it. My advice is to make an effort to start organizing your life. You won't be able to finish setting up your priorities unless you start. Right now, I forced myself to get up and start thinking and setting up my priorities, If you don't have time because of work then set a schedule on your restday to continue organizing your life.

I tried organizing my life but I felt tight after that. I had so many appointments that I had set for myself, too many tasks that I had to finish, etc... and that's the reason why I broke out of it. It was just too much for me. If you're going to plan your life all the way through, I suggest you just plan for what's important. If it's not really important then you shouldn't take it seriously.
