Definitely no regrets as to taking times off to be with the kids, but after 6 years of being on a regular routine and having to answer to no one, but myself and now having to adjusting to someone else schedule can be quite the challenge. It takes some getting use to, to be back into the flow of things. I was really energize the first week, but that energy sure diminished fast! I am still glad to return to work, but I feel more exhausted at the end of the day now.. Time is also something, I feel like I don't have much of anymore. By the time I get home, I feel like I don't have much time to accomplish anything then it is time for bed already. I hope I can get into the rhythm of things again.

Yes it happens as all of us run on routines. Some would love to be home while others prefer to be at work. When it happens one gets into a routine where we feel we had it the way it was once before. lol I can understand that when you get home, the hours certainly do fly on by. Plan ahead a little and when something that is not so priority maybe do not fret about it and try again the next day. The important thing is that you are resting enough as without rest eventually you wear down and nothing gets accomplished.

I've been home for a long time and very ready to get back to work to be among other grown ups..lol.. I will miss and cherish those at home times, but the children are all in school and now I needed to be kept busy in other ways than just house work and bills... Working outside the home is definitely a good break, but it's just been a while and my body is just slow in getting back into the swing of things.. I'm sure I will be soon, but just feels unaccomplished at home right now... Thanks for the response..
