The last time you got soaked in the rain

I wish I got soaked for playing under the rain. But no. I had clothes hanging outside a while ago and I had to take them all inside as well as my brother's clothes because it started to rain. It was a quick heavy rain, I got soaked within a minute. There were two of us actually who took all the clothes and we both got wet all over. The annoying thing is that, the rain is already gone! As quick as that. I think the rain did not stay for even a few minutes. My clothes which were hanging outside a while ago are now wet again and the clothes I'm wearing are also wet. And now that the rain is gone, I don't want to hang my clothes again outside. When was the last time you got soaked in the rain?

My last time to be soaking wet from the rain is yesterday, it's actually intentional, I am really want to shower under the rain , it feels good to have all that water pouring down on me. I just want to feel like a child again, you know I just want to feel young and free from the worries of this life. The last time I unintentionally gets soaked and Wet under the rain, was in high school. I was in the middle of the class when a class got suspended and we were forced to go home. There was no transportation available because of the flood, the flood is waist deep, it's really disgusting but I have no choice but to go home before the water gets deeper because the rain don't stop. It's really disgusting to walk on the flood. I'm happy I never experienced that ever again.

You bathe in the rain yesterday? That's so nice! It was also raining hard yesterday here and I was tempted to behave like a child and get wet. But I was doing a lot of things yesterday so I couldn't. My nephew and his dad did shower in the rain though and my niece was so envious of them. ^^ I know how you felt when you walked in the flood. It's really disgusting to do so. It's a good thing you never experienced that again. I am bound to experience it again though the level is not really waist deep but just above the knee.

I consider the showering and singing in Singing in the rain is awesome, it's the slides you are on your very own music video. the rain, if I was given a chance to to do so. Walking in the flood is a no no though. I will never walk in the flood again, you know I don't mind storms and torrential downpours as long as there will be no flash floods. what diseases can get from those dirty and nasty waters. How I wish people are planting trees so there will never be floods again.

Yeah! I've felt like that, too. The rain can really make you inspired and dramatic and would make you feel like you're on your own music video! The rain is always romantic! The same with me. I don't mind rain and storms as long as there will be no flash floods. Planting trees would be good. But it would be better if people would know how to segregate their garbage and learn how to properly throw them and not throw them anywhere especially in canals or lakes.

That's why I don't like using my scooter when there's a storm...

I've done that! It rained when I was about to go home and I couldn't wait for it to stop so I just wore my raincoat. The thing I don't like about driving under the rain is that the rain in my helmet. I'm wishing there was wipers in my helmet for better vision..

but you can still go out with your scooter during rainy and stormy weather with raincoats and boots. of course, you should always wear your helmet.

The last time that I got soaked in the rain would be last week. I was supposed to go home at around 7pm but decided to stay for another hour (nothing really I just miss the night-shift people). I was supposed to walk from our office to EDSA, through SM Megamall but then I thought of going the other way - along Shaw Blvd. The problem is, I don't bring umbrella or raincoat to work. I only have my ever reliable jacket with a hood. And then there I was about 1 block away from the office when it hits, hard. Funny thing was I didn't feel any sense of urgency, I didn't even quicken my pace I just continued walking until I reached EDSA and rode a bus (the air-conditioned one). That was a Sunday so as expected less people were commuting that time. I was practically wet (and cold) and when I got home I just took a bath made myself hot coffee and then went to sleep.

I remember one time getting drenched in this heavy downpour that I got totally soaked. I couldn't even see where I was going and it was in the daytime. That was how heavy the rain was. But what I really like to do and enjoy to do when it rains is to go to sleep. Just wrap myself up and go to sleep if that is possible. Not always possible though unfortunately.

It's really scary when it rains so hard in daytime and there's zero visibility. It's like, everything is prone to accident so everybody has to stay put in their home. I also like to cuddle up in bed when it's raining and the weather is cold.

Staying in bed is the best thing to do when it rains.

That's unlucky, and i really hate that kind of weather.. lol :D MAking one more busy, over nothing while creating fear inside of us, because it's unpredictable.. lol :D I had alot of experiences with that too, secret. ONly difference is that, we don't have to be out in the rain keeping our laundry, because u've seen how our laundry is being done right, secret? hehe While the last time i got soaked in the rain, was a few months back, maybe 6 months or more? haha

Hi, secretbear. Last month, me and my two kids went to the county mall in our town. On that day, it was raining as we was waiting for the city bus. We stayed inside of the mall while we ate lunch. But sooner or later, we all had to eventually leave from out of the mall so that we could get on the city bus. As we left from the breezeway of the mall's entrance, we got all wet up. It was only for at least, 10 to 12 seconds though. You know, that is what I don't like about the rain when you have to hang out clothes on the clothes line. They always get wet, when it rains. It is even more annoying when you just washed them from the washing machine! I am sorry that the rain soaked you and your clothes up.

Fond or not so fond memories of camping, when I arrived late at a campsite having got lost, I had to put the tent up and then someone who WASNT smiling down on me decided it would be fun to have a massive cloudburst as I was trying to put the tent up in the dark! I was drenched and when you are camping that is even less of a joke! As soon as I got the tent finally set up, all soaked, cold and angry, it stopped! I was not amused. Trying to get clothes dry when camping isn't much fun either!

Seems like the weather has a habit of doing things on purpose. I can imagine how frustrated and annoyed you were when the rain stopped.

I got soaked in the rain last night when I was riding my e-bike and I felt cold with the rain water on me. I though I would get a cold, but fortunately I am fine and I am glad for it that I did not get a cold. These days, we have cloudy weather and it rains one time a day. Take care, secretbear.

Last Saturday, I bathed in the rain with my youngest son. It was fun and reminds me of my younger days which I and my friends use to play and go biking when it rains. I really want to stay more hours- but it's too cold and I can't stand the coldness. Have a good day jaiho®

Wow, that's great! That must have been a lot of fun! My nephew and his dad played in the rain, too yesterday and they had so much fun especially my nephew. I have never biked in the rain. I wish I had that experience, too.

I believe it was Saturday. I was hurrying up to gather all the clothes on the clothesline (I did the laundry some hours ago) and I didn’t want my laundry to get wet again. When I was fishing for the smaller items of clothing, I got holy wet by the sudden increase of rain. I ended up like a contestant on Wipe out. Instead of entering the house with puddles and creating a wet floor, I stuck it out until the rain lessened and yelled for a towel. I got a free bath (good thing I was in house clothes and I have an extra pair of dry clothes ) and a gentle scolding later.

I don't know the contest Wipe Out but you must have been really wet! Well, I think no one can blame you if you decided to just go through with it since you're already wet and all.

I got soaked in the rain about a month ago. I was riding on a motorcycle with my husband while on our way home. We were all wet. We can not stop because it was getting dark and it was only our daughter who was left at home. It was fortunate that were were already going home so that no embarrassments or whatever we may feel. But unfortunately for me, I was absent from work for over a week for acute bronchitis.

Oh that's terrible! It's really not good to drive in a motorcycle under the rain. But in your case, you probably didn't have a choice. I have experienced that, too but too bad for me, I was just about to go to the office when that happened. But I wasn't really soaking wet then, just mildly wet.
