Why would anyone do that. You have to love yourself. When I hear someone putting themselves down I always tell them something to bring them up.

i do, but only because i couldn't possibly care less what other people think. if i'm "putting myself down," it's because i know i screwed up on something--not because i think i'm a constant screw-up.
