traffic jams

HI guys,Now the traffic jams make me angry,at am 8 and pm5 everyday at least 1hour traffic.I am living suburb of the city,but the place to go to work is in the city ,this traffic problem let me consider to change a work... I love my work now ,it's give me more free time .Can you give some suggestion to solve this ?
