Natural talent or is it lies in the genes, if one has a beautiful singing voice, but why can not everyone? Why is it exactly. I can talk my we all whisper, shout, that one can not compare my opinion with dancing or playing soccer .. or is it?

I used to think, like many people, that singing was all natural talent God-given to a chosen few. Since taking several vocal lessons and practicing with tutorials I've found on YouTube and elsewhere, however, I no longer think that there is any truth to that popular belief - at least not to the extent that is made out to be.
If you put the time and the effort into training your voice, you (and virtually anyone else) can learn to sing beautifully. It is just like any other pursuit - it may come more naturally to some people than to others, but natural talent is not everything and quite often hard work can compensate. You also have to stay in practice to keep your skill up once it's there as well.
I once read a story in our local newspaper about a woman not born with a "good" singing voice who was able to develop an exquisite soprano voice through studying and practicing the technique. Such progress is a gradual process, however. You cannot force your voice into anything and have to build your way up to that point.
Bottom line, though, singing, for the most part, CAN be an acquired skill if you work at it and are in touch with your mind and body enough to be able to adapt and make the changes that need to be made. That has been my experience anyway.

First, it depends on with what "material" was one feature (say like the physical conditions are) and secondly how much "talent" you have to just be "material" to make optimal use.
With the Matrial it is similar to other instruments: bad wood and poor workmanship can not be a guitar sound good.
The question of talent is as intricate as singing has a lot to do with a good body feeling (to be implemented as the correct breathing and form the clay into the correct sound spaces, and the body posture, facial expressions, the look is important) - besides, you need musicality (so good hearing and sense of rhythm) - but also the character of the singer plays a role or how much of it he reveals (a technically good voice can sound totally boring if the singer did not fill it with soul, but just a few good voices can convincing because of its authenticity).

It says: "Sing, who singing given", and it is just not given any. The vocal cords are probably something to do with the pleasant sound of the voice, but equally important is the sense of hearing, so I mean, if you take the notes right or wrong. These are the physical causes that we are just innate. Sure you can by practicing a little polish on it, but unfortunately,
either you can or not.

I think primarily it is the quality of the voice,However, you can train a voice too, just like you can take to learn to keep the sound /. This must of course but also the desire / have time.
