As far as I know it from hearsay, wins in a divorce very often not the one who would be right, but the, or one that has the best lawyer. So now how do we choose from, which lawyer can represent me as best man in court?

For an amicable divorce, both partners can use one and the same lawyer. This is definitely cheaper. In a divorce can not "win" "lose" or, you will easily divorced. It's not about "'right". If there is contention, then only about assets, but there are legal requirements that are binding on all lawyers. So-gain compensation, separation, maintenance, maintenance after divorce. Then, there are still problems around any existing children. In short: a divorce lawyer for each basic activity. The way costs are calculated from the added 3-month income of both spouses. It is always wiser to agree with the husband, rather than push the money to the lawyers in the butt. Property law issues can be clarified with a notary before the divorce is filed. Then the divorce is the cheapest. In America, this is of course quite different!

For a divorce with a lawyer, I would focus on "family law" to take, here it does not matter whether woman or man should of course inform you before anything that the lawyer has a reputation, there's also "kind" and "such "

During a divorce there is no side to win something, whether with or without children. The German law of marriage and divorce law provides very little room there. Assuming it is the normal civil order conditions (ie, no business, no company, no million) which fall under community gain, the rules are relatively simple. Alimony for children is enshrined, custody and visitation rights concerning the child should be with regard to the welfare of children represent an amicable agreement. Find yourself a lawyer specializing in matrimonial and family law and as one who works in a community office.
