What methods it applies them in order to gain knowledge about the reality behind the reality?
I mean, what are your spiritual experience, what do you know about what lies beyond the illusion of the cosmic Primal Might? And what methods (rituals) used her to gain insights?

I'll do anything spiritual and I just keep trusting my inner.

Reality actually means initially the world of things we can perceive with our senses.
Reality is "the spectrum of effects that emanate from reality.
In everyday German, but both words are used interchangeably.
My primary way to "look behind the scenes" is the contemplation and celebrate the Eucharist (Liturgy), prayer and reading the Bible.
