I owed wells Fargo 10 dollars and I was going to pay it back when I sold Some stuff on eBay I did have money in paypal but I Wanted to despot More the. 15 so I could pay some other bills, I made a 1 dollar and something censt purchase from iTunes And I thought I was using my paypal as the main scource of money but i guess I was wrong so I got charged 35 dollars fee for the dollar, is there a way to dispute the 35 and just pay what I owe because Im Gonna get money in a few days from eBay also the money I get is also on hold Help would be great please
