For some time now, the company I work at as an architect tries to promote this kind of product in our country, but peoples' inertia to new trends is huge.
When I first read about this kind of inovation i was thrilled at first by the mere idea of not seeing only glass and concrete in a city, but also green spaces.
In an ever expanding era of constructions and high towers, i think it's important to try and maximize green spaces in every way we can.
Later on, i read about the advantages they present for reducing the atmospheric dust and filtering the air, moisterising it and even their phono-isolation properties.
What about you? Would you like a green wall in your city or neighborhood , or even your own home? Or do you consider it a waste of money? Is the vertical garden the garden of the future, or just a temporary solution for pollution and and architectural whim?
