computer addiction is a very serious issue. but i believe it can be a lesson to everyone not to use their computer excessively. i used to be a pc addict and an internet addict and i know people that cant live without their computer and the internet. internet is a more serious addiction. it can devastate someone with psychological or social problems though it sometimes can help them.

If you feel it ruins your life, that is a very good sign that you need to get rid of it. Right ? So, you want to take the next step. Make the determination to get rid of it once and for all. And, that's it. In the mean time, you can try find some thing, some way, which will help you build your life. Best wishes to you !

Your nature addicted to computer is very bad habit. I have something poddobno. if you do not sit during the day the computer will just go crazy. I'm more addicted to online work and to writing. to me pleasure to sit down and write for hours to write. I do not know how to sparvish with your addiction. may need to naerish another occupation or just a job to not think about computers. my work even in the office has a computer and can not quit. nice day! Success!

I won't have communication with my long distance boyfriend, we so need skype. With the cure, well i'm so sorry, i really don't know how to. Lets see how some mylotters will help you in this. Happy mylotting

If you're using the computer for long hours try to minimize it to about 1-2 hours a day

I like to work with my computer, but I can't say I'm addicted to it. Just control the hours you like to work with it. Take at least 30 minutes off after working say 2 hours. And set a limit of working hours. In a normal outdoor job, you will not work more than 8 hours, will you.
