Timezone restrict our communication

Hi,myLot friends. we come from all over the world and chat with each other by myLot. But i find there is a problem. Because of timezone, i have few chance to chat with mylot friends from European and American countries. Due to the website updating, their posts can't be showed obviously when i am online in my timezone. Is there any approach to participate their discussions? or easier way to find their posts? I am a newbie here,and still not familiar with myLot. Please give me your help. Thank you very much.
