i was hurt..it really wont be easy to forget..

i was hurt because of my disappointment about him ,i dont know what im going to do in order to forget him ,everyday i remember and miss him so much. ahm,my dear friends advice me please what are the essential things that could possibly could erase him in my heart and in my mind .i want to forget him but still im hurt as he rejected me, only my tears can witnessed my emptiness . thanks..sarah

i think you must forget him... it`s time for you to make you more better and better why you must remember him but he never remember you??

i think it`s normally when you hurt by love.. you are in loving him too much and deeply.. it takes a time for forgetting him...and it`s normally.. if you want my suggestion? i just suggest you for looking any business so you had no time for thingking anymore him... Be relax with your current live...don`t always remember your past and only make you cry

thanks for your brillant suggestions i hope i make use my time fully work so that i cant remember him anymore.hopefully i can forget him as soon as possible because it makes me feel weak.i cant open my heart to other because i still love him deeply. thanks again.
