How well are you prepared?

The deciding factor that plays the key role in executing the jobs successfully in our day to day lives or in the office is the extent of preparation before handling the job. If you are given 8 hrs to do a job, you should spend 5 hours in keeping your tools in top condition and making them ready to plunge into the operation.

I find myself prepared. Not only prepared for what I am going to expect is going to happen. However, also prepared for the unexpected. If I have learned one thing in if, you got to expect the unexpected. Of course, given that it would be unexpected, you wouldn't know exactly what it is. Otherwise, it would most certainly not be unexpected. Still it is something that we will are going to need to understand to allow us to think on our feet. I think that looking at the task at the hand, for jobs especially but rather for like and trying to figure out the best way to get to a successful result, that will really be something that will help us in life. We need to be prepared if everything goes wrong, if circumstances beyond our control happen. Still having some kind of course that we are prepared to reach will allow us to steer everything right but be prepared for everything to go very wrong.

Wise indeed, expecting the unexpected. Here the point is “preparedness to the best of your ability.” Remember ‘Preparedness’ is relative not absolute.

I am very well prepared in everything that I do and, because of that, I find that I am able to have a lot more free time than other people who maybe aren't quite as prepared as I am. If you have a job to do, then you should always finish it to the highest standard that you are capable of, but also as quickly as you can. That way, you will be able to get a head start on any other jobs that you might have to do, and this means that you will have more time at the end of the week to have to yourself than you would have had if you weren't as prepared on that occasion.

Kudos for your time management. Wisdom lies in thinking ahead and beating the time to stay ahead of others.

preparation is very important. no initial training can not begin work and will be given. so wherever we operate we must have initial training. and also the early days no matter where we work to have a few days to prepare. nice day!
