Did anyone call out sick today.

I have to disagree with you on that one. Sure when they are young they do depend on you so much. I do have a wonderful husband that has always been more than willing to allow me that time. He manages quite well. My youngest is 11 and with my medical condition they have learned that there are many days I can't get out of bed and they help me out tremendously. How old are you children and how many do you have? I can't remember the last time I put a load of laundry in because I can't get up and down the stairs. What chore would you most want to have done for you if someone would do it for you?

that's funny! my husband says on the weekends, i'm tired i'm trying to rest for the week! i say oh that's nice, cause i don't ever get to rest, when i wake up i'm working, when u get home i'm still working, when i go to bed i'm still working ( my daughter still wakes up crying in the middle of the night) and on the weekends i'm working!

moms can't get sick... the whole house would be a mess with mom on sick day.

I know what you mean. The house just can't function without mom. Moms are not allowed to get sick. There are no sick days. lol

I know it's so unfair. Why can't mommy's call off sick? Let someone else deal with it all even if it's only for a few hours. You know let the father handle it or grandma or someone other then mommy.
