Yes. but do not have much to eat in one day. :) quite a few. because Vitamin is discarded by the body when the body does not need it. so, it's useless if you eat a lot. :D

I also use tomatoes and carrots in my food diet. I use to eat the carrots from my school days. I knew that it is good for the eye sight. I heard a lot about the tomatoes. They have anti-oxidants and also vitamin C, which is good for your skin.

That is true there are other fruits like orange, garlic which have required vitamins. I fruits should be in our regular diet, one observe it by using them daily.

besides if we're a lot of vitamin C, skin does't wrinkles. still a lot of ruite thet can make youth. but too much si i share 2 fruit only. hehehe

You are right. Processed tomato is better because lycopene helps fight cancer. We should always consume ketchup and tomato sauce as much as possible. I like eggs with tomatoes.

There are various Chakras in our body. I admit that the Chakras are controlling our body.MOOLADHARA Chakra is the first among them. Another chakra is AJNA Chakra which is in the center of two eye brows. Many other little Chakras spread in our body. I dont think the color is responsible . If it is so , meat has the same color.

Vegetables are good for our health, tomatoes and carrots are very good. I knew this but today from your discussion it is now more clear. I heard that in tomatoes there are some elements that can help protect cancer. Carrot is full of vitamin A and it is good for eyes.

Tomatoes and carrots are good fruits and vegetables. It contains also other nutrients needed in our body. Better to choose raw fruits and vegetables than the processed one. Chocolates also helps in aging, it contains substance needed in our brain to make us happy.
