How to rise from failure due to late finish college?

Is it OK if people are smart but too late to finish college, courses not ever repeat, but it must complete the course up to 7 years? How to do to motivate yourself to continue to be a better future? so that failures are not repeated ever again in employment or marriage,

you can trust and can not, I say, It seems the old man of the complete lecture. I entered college at Bandung in 1992 and UNPAD passing in 2003. for any regrets. my motto. If you are savvy certainly will not be late to finish college, Smart is not smart in math courses or simply, Smart is the ability to solve any existing problems.
Smart is the ability to be the solution to all problems, whether you are a smart, wait a minute.
