How to start a business travel agent?

I want to start a business travel agent. Completely from 0. I have no knowledge or experience in this field. What should we be prepared? licensing? and so on. I'm not interested in the ads "an easy way to start a business travel with a small capital." I want to really start a business with my own business. For those who already have their own travel agents, please share the experience.
